Welcome! If you are reading this, that means that you have been interested in fidning ways to relieve yourself from everyday stress. I get it, believe me, work, home, family, it can very overbearing. 

I’m here to discuss ways to relieve some of that stress with forms of meditation, as well as other closely related ways to destress.  I will share with you what has worked for my and some family and friends, as well as what doesn’t work.
