In this class, we will discover the truth about our spiritual identity, our true nature, and our relationship with the Supreme Person. We will share with you the gift of Mantra Meditation (1. Individual Japa Meditation; & 2. Kirtan or Group Meditation), which you can practice in the comfort of your own home and at your own pace & time.
