Sa regular na pagme-meditate, unti-unti rin nating nade-develop ang mga ugali gaya ng pagiging understanding at mapagpatawad para mas madali nating nabibitawan ang galit na dala-dala ng puso natin.
Ang mantra meditation ay nakakatulong para makapag-relax tayo nang mas malalim, tinatanggal ang stress, tension, at pagod. Dahil dito, mas nagkakaroon tayo ng mahimbing at restful na tulog.
Sa consistent na pagpa-practice, nakakaramdam tayo ng inner happiness — yung deep joy na tumutulong sa atin na mas madali nating mabitawan yung mga bagay na hindi na kailangan.
Kapag araw-araw tayong nagma-mantra meditation, mas nadidiscover natin yung natural na desire natin to share love and help others.
Tinutulungan tayo ng meditation na gisingin ang natural na wisdom at love sa loob natin. Dahil dito, nagiging mas maunawain at patient tayo, lalo na kapag may mga challenges na dumarating.
Ang meditation, parang dahan-dahang tinatanggal ang bigat sa isip at puso, kaya mas nagiging klaro ang lahat. Sa ganitong paraan, mas nakakagawa tayo ng desisyon na galing sa katotohanan at pagmamahal.
